CRITERIOS PARA LA NOMINACIÓN

• Logros personales, académicos, profesionales y en la comunidad
• Alto desempeño probado en su campo de especialidad
• Demostración de colaboración dentro o fuera de su campo de especialidad e influencia más allá de su posición formal
• Contribuciones al avance profesional y/o social de la mujer
• Los logros pueden distribuirse a través de su carrera profesional pero los mismos deben ser mayormente de los últimos 5 años.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES

Someter una nominación personal o consentir ser nominada, constituye aceptación de los siguientes términos y condiciones:

1. Para ser elegible la candidata debe ser: a. Mayor de edad; b. La compañía para la cual labora debe ser Socia Activa de AIPR; c. La candidata debe ser afiliada del Capitulo Mujer Industrial (puede hacerse socia hasta el mismo día de la nominación); d. Residir en Puerto Rico; e. Pertenecer a una empresa que esté operando en Puerto Rico, por lo menos 5 años previo a la fecha de nominación.
2. Las nominaciones pueden ser sometidas por la propia candidata o por un tercero. En caso de nominación por un tercero, se requerirá consentimiento por escrito de la candidata. En caso de que la nominada tenga un superior o supervisor, la nominación debe ser avalada por su supervisor.
3. Miembros del comité ejecutivo del Capítulo de Mujer Industrial y del Comité de Nominaciones al Premio de la Mujer Industrial de AIPR no son elegibles a participar del premio mientras sean parte del Comité. Además, no serán elegibles pasadas ganadoras de otros reconocimientos otorgados por el capítulo y directoras de junta activas ese año en la Junta de Directores de la AIPR.
4. El Comité de Nominaciones seleccionará 3 finalistas que mejor representen el objetivo del Premio Mujer Industrial para una entrevista.
5. El Comité Ejecutivo del Capítulo de Mujer Industrial seleccionará la ganadora del premio que se entregará en una ceremonia formal en el Congreso Internacional de la Mujer Industrial, que se llevará a cabo el 1 de diciembre del 2022.
6. El Comité Ejecutivo del Capítulo Mujer Industrial se reserva el derecho de conceder cualquier reconocimiento especial, cuando a su sola discreción entienda que alguna candidata nominada merece dicho reconocimiento.
7. La mujer premiada debe estar disponible para entrevistas o actividades de promoción relacionadas al Premio Mujer Industrial.
8. La mujer premiada debe estar disponible para trabajar activamente como miembro del Capítulo. Esta dinámica será trabajada a través de Capítulo de la Mujer Industrial.
9. Las nominaciones deben recibirse completas en la AIPR en o antes del 29 de octubre del 2022. Las nominaciones que no estén llenas en todas sus partes a esa fecha, no serán consideradas.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Submitting a personal nomination or consenting to be nominated constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

• To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
• a. The candidate is an adult
• b. The candidate’s employer must be an active member of PRMA
• c. The candidate must be a member of the Industrial Women’s Chapter (can apply for membership until the day of the nomination)
• d. Live in Puerto Rico
• e. The candidate’s employer has been in operation in Puerto Rico for at least five (5) years prior to the date of nomination.
• Nominations can be submitted by the candidate or a third party. In the case of nomination by a third party, the written consent of the candidate will be required. In the case that the nominee has a supervisor, the nomination must be endorsed by the supervisor.
• Members of the Executive Committee of the Industrial Women’s Chapter and the PRMA Industrial Women’s Award Nominations Committee are not eligible to participate. In addition, past recipients of other chapter awards and active PRMA board members will not be eligible.
• The Nominating Committee will select for interview, three (3) finalists who best represent the objectives of the Industrial Women’s Award.
• The Executive Committee of the Industrial Women’s Chapter will select the winner that will be presented in a formal ceremony at the International Congress of Industrial Women, which will take place on December 1, 2022.
• The Executive Committee of the Industrial Women’s Chapter reserves the right to grant any special recognition, at its sole discretion, understanding that any nominated candidate deserves the recognition.
• The awarded individual must be available for interviews or promotional activities related to the Industrial Women’s Award.
• The awarded individual must be available to work actively as a Chapter Member. This will be coordinated through the Industrial Women’s Chapter.
• Nominations must be received by PRMA on or before October 29, 2022. Inaccurate or incomplete nominations will not be considered.
