CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This (registration/sponsorship agreement) represents a commitment to attend/participate and/or sponsor.

Player’s participation, and/or company logo placement in promotional materials will only be guaranteed upon full payment.

• Up until March 30, 2023 - 50% of total value is refunded.

• Between March 31 and April 28, 2023 - 25% of total value is refunded

• After May 1, 2023 - No refund will be issued
